I knew they were here to assess and assist with certain weatherization/energy tasks however I didn’t know exactly everything that entailed so I just asked when I noticed they were doing something different than before. Would be nice to be presented with like a checklist and explanation page of what and why kind of thing. I was asked permission before they drilled into the wall to check for insulation. It was an inconspicuous area which he patched afterward. I feel they were very respectful of me and my home. Also that they were thorough. I was referred for windows, a new thermostat and basement insulation. Honestly though I can say my home feels warmer already with what they had completed thus far! My future appointments have been made and I’m excited to have a more energy efficient home.
