How it works

Your triple-pane windows rebate, explained

What the rebate covers

The Energize CT Triple Pane Window Rebate Program is a special initiative designed to help residential customers in Connecticut save on energy costs and enhance home comfort. This program offers generous rebates to Eversource and UI customers who purchase and install qualified triple pane windows with ENERGY STAR certification. You can receive a rebate of $100 per window through the Energize CT Triple Pane Window Rebate Program. The best part is that there is no limit to the number of windows eligible for the rebate, allowing you to maximize your savings by replacing multiple windows in your home.

Who qualifies

  • All Eversource and UI residential customers with electrically, natural gas, oil or propane heated homes may be eligible
  • Windows in both new and old homes are candidates for replacement — windows installed in new construction do not qualify
  • Existing window(s) must be located as part of the primary building space/envelope only
  • Self-installed windows do not qualify — professional installation by a licensed contractor is required, ensuring correct installation, safety standards, and full insulation performance

How we claim it for you

  1. We help you choose ENERGY STAR triple-pane windows with a U-factor of 0.20 or less
  2. Our specialists handle the professional installation — self-installed windows don't qualify
  3. We complete the rebate application with the itemized invoice for you
  4. We include the required NFRC label from each replacement window

Written by my mother who recently had work done on her house: "I highly recommend HCP! The crew were knowledgeable, and professional from audit to completion of project. They answer any & all questions or concerns. They cleaned all areas worked on leaving my home pristine daily. Customer Service is OUTSTANDING, especially Lucy B. who was so informative & friendly. So impressed with this company, they not only did my insulation but replace my windows as well! Thank you so much Mr. Wyatt for helping me make my home energy - efficient!!!"

Justin and Pete did a comprehensive and detailed energy audit, incorporating a blower test for air infiltration, of our condo in Brookfield CT. As our condo has a number of energy upgrades like new windows, doors, and insulation there were no surprises that came up, which was good news. We were happy with how Justin and Pete explained the test and it’s results.
Pam Harris Feb 15, 2024
The crew meticulously went through my home....insulated windows and drafty areas, installed weatherstripping around my door jambs, checked my windows to ensure no air was finding its way in. They provided me with recommendations, such as buying magnetic covers for my a/c vents on the ceiling, covering the a/c return, and buying LED covers for the recessed lighting in my dining room, all as a means to reduce cold air from coming into my house from my attic space. They inspected my home for insulation needs and will be providing me with a quote soon. I highly recommended Home Comfort Practice. Take advantage of the wonderful Energize CT program and get your energy audit scheduled today.

Why it pays off

The advantages of your triple-pane windows

By investing in triple pane windows, families can improve their home's energy efficiency, save money on their energy bills, reduce noise pollution, and enjoy a more comfortable living space.

Energy Efficiency

Triple pane windows are much more energy-efficient than traditional double pane windows. They can help families reduce their energy bills by up to 25% or more.

Cost Savings

Triple pane windows can be much cheaper to operate than traditional double pane windows. This can result in significant cost savings over time for families who use triple pane windows.

Noise Reduction

Triple pane windows provide superior noise reduction compared to traditional double pane windows, making them a great choice for families who live in noisy areas.

Increased Home Value

Homes with energy-efficient features, such as triple pane windows, can have a higher resale value compared to homes with less efficient features.

Comfort

Triple pane windows can help regulate the temperature in homes, providing a more comfortable living space for families.

Overall, the right triple-pane windows project pays you back in lower bills and a more comfortable home — and the incentives above bring the upfront cost down.
