What the rebate covers
Important update: Rebates for natural gas equipment ended December 31, 2024. Sales must have occurred before this date to qualify.
The Energize CT Natural Gas Boiler rebate offered a $750 incentive to qualifying residential customers who purchased qualifying natural gas boilers before the program ended. For a current incentive, consider a high-efficiency electric heat pump system, which qualifies for active Energize CT rebates.
Who qualifies
- Residential customers of Eversource, UI, CNG, and SCG are eligible to participate
- Existing equipment verification is required — a verification inspection on the existing heating system comes first
- Only customers replacing an inefficient non-condensing boiler with a new high-efficiency condensing boiler are eligible
