Good day, my name is Donald Moses and I have been a Community Outreach Representative with HomeComfort Practice for the past four (4) years. My role is to interact with the residents of the State of Connecticut in order to enlighten them on the opportunity that is available, to enhance their quality of life. The Home Energy Solution Weatherization program is readily available to every resident of Connecticut who has a utility account! By having your house weatherized, you will make your home more energy efficient while contributing to the reduction of your utility bills.
