Participants typically receive approximately $1,350 of weatherization and efficiency services and realize $450 of annual energy savings with the first HESÂ energy audit appointment. That's approximately $1,800 of value and savings on day one.

My name is Kim Lucas and I have been with Home Comfort Practice since 2015. I was hired as a Community Outreach Coordinator when I was making an appointment for my mom to have an audit done. The COR that was assisting me with the application told me the office was hiring. I applied for the job and my mom ended up being my first customer! Since I started with HCP, I have had the opportunity to meet and assist so many nice people throughout the State. The program has been especially helpful to people during the pandemic and has even expanded to include assistance with heating systems.
This is an excellent program for everyone. Whether you own your home, rent an apartment or are a landlord, we all pay into it on our electric bills. With today’s rising utility prices, we really need to know how we can cut costs and this program will help people to do so. The Teams that complete the audits, insulation and windows are all trained in their areas of expertise. They will fully explain to the customer what they are going to do before proceeding with their work.
