These energy efficiency solutions prevent your bills from getting out of hand in the first place. If you're eligible for energy assistance you're probably eligible for FREE energy assessment and weatherization service: Home Energy solutions - Income Eligible (HES-IS). This program saves users an average of $1,600 and it's completely free for households that meet the income requirements.
