If you're eligible for energy assistance you're probably eligible for FREE energy assessment and weatherization service: Home Energy solutions - Income Eligible (HES-IS). This program saves users an average of $1,600 and it's completely free for households that meet the income requirements.

This program helps with all types of heating sources including natural gas, electric, and deliverable fuels such as oil, propane, kerosene, wood/wood pellets and coal.
