When the techs arrived they gave me their name and they explained everything to me in layman's terms what they will be doing and how they would be doing it they were very patient with me even though I kept asking a lot of questions. From start to finish they were efficient they did their job they were very professional and they offered suggestions on how keep your home heat efficient they talked about the water and what water damages can do and so much more. There were a lot of things that I did not know things that were going on in my home and the best part of it all is the program didn't charge me anything they do this free.
